cable hat

So its been really cold here in Montreal, much earlier than usual this winter. So I decided to knit myself a hat because I was in desperate need of one.

Specs:
Cabled Watch Cap from Knit Simple Magazine, Winter 2006/07

Yarn: Zara Plus in Grasshopper.

It's kind of loose after wearing it a couple of times, so I'm thinking about sewing some elastic thread into the brim. It slides up my head, my mass of hair doesn't help.
